摘要
鉴于嵌入式监控系统具有可靠性好,成本低的优点,本文介绍了一种基于linux操作系统和arm处理器的远程视频监控系统。通过V4L2标准不间断的采集视频图像,经过基于MJPEG的算法对视频压缩后进行传输。本系统的压缩视频在传输时使用RTP/TCP协议来保证视频的实时性要求。通过USB摄像头,嵌入式硬件平台和主控计算机三部分构成了一个高质量、监控方式灵活、可靠性好的网络视频监控系统。
In this paper, a remote video monitoring system based on linux and arm is introduced in view of the embedded monitoring system＇s reliability and low-budget.Video frame is constantly gatherde through V4L2.Then,it is compressed by MJPEGand transmated. The compressed vidio of this system uses RTP/TCP to make sure the video frame is real-time.A high quality, flexible and reliable network video monitoring system constituted by USB camera,embedded hardware platform and main controlling computer has been realized.
