摘要
K536合金的碳含量变化范围较宽。经过对不同碳含量的K536合金拉伸性能和持久性能的试验及对组织影响的研究表明,以固溶强化的K536合金其碳含量对持久性能有明显影响。基体中存在适当含量的碳元素可以形成一定数量的碳化物。当碳化物数量合适、分布较均匀并以颗粒(或骨架状)存在时,有利于强化晶界和控制晶粒尺寸并对持久性能做出贡献。
Effect of carbon contents on the mechanical properties and microstructures for K536 superalloy has been investigated by the tensile test, creep test, optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) with energy disperse analysis (EDS). The results show that an increase of carbon contents will increase the creep life at the temperature between 730 ~C and 1 000 ~C. The possible explanation may be that the more the carbon contents in the superalloy, the more the carbide formed. The more carbide in the supralloy will play an active role for the creep strengthening.
