国有林场科学发展,是指其建设有序的生态运行机制和良好的生态环境所取得的物质、精神、制度方面成果的总和。科学发展对木兰林管局具有重要意义。当前,影响木兰林管局科学发展存在四个主要矛盾。要采取抚育管护资源、多元优化产业、改善职工生活等措施,加快推进木兰林管局科学发展的步伐。

The scientific development of national forest farm means the total fruits of material, spirit and system which were obtained by building well-organized ecological running system and good ecological environment.
