摘要
近年,食品安全问题成为了社会热点,屡次引起公众极大的不满,企业与群众的矛盾不断升级,社会大众强烈呼吁社会公德的回归。企业承担社会责任,短期来看,可能会导致企业利润下降。但从利益相关者的角度来分析,企业社会责任与企业绩效存在正相关关系,企业承担社会责任,从长期来看,会带来积极的影响。作为企业的管理者,不应将目光停留在短期的成本费用上,更应该看到企业树立的良好公司形象和品牌效应。
In recent years,food security has become the social hot spots and repeatedly caused great discontent of the public and escalated conflict with enterprises.So the community strongly appeals to the return of social morality. In the short term,corporate social responsibility may cause the decline in corporate profits.However,there is a positive relationship between social responsibility and enterprise performance from the perspective of stakeholders.In the long run,corporate social responsibility will have a positive impact on the enterprise performance.Managers should not focus on the short-term costs,but on the good corporate image and brand.
