摘要
当前我国事业单位人力资源管理存在着缺乏现代人力资源管理理念、人力资源管理手段落后、开发培养不到位、激励机制缺失、人力资源管理基础性工作薄弱等问题,使得人力资源难以得到优化和有效配置。为进一步提高我国事业单位人力资源管理水平,事业单位自身需更新观念、提高人力资源管理专业化水平、夯实管理基础、完善人力资源培训开发体系和激励机制。
China's current human resource management in institution unit has problems such as lack of modern human resource management,lagging of human resources management tools,displace in development training,lack of incentives,weak foundation of management work,which block the optimization and efficient allocation of human resources.To further improve our management of human resources and institutions,institutions need to update their own ideas,improve the professional level human resources management,consolidate management infrastructure,improve the training system and incentive mechanism.
