摘要
目的观察95 GHz毫米波辐射对兔眼的损伤效应。方法采用95 GHz不同功率密度毫米波对兔眼进行辐射,青紫蓝兔15只,随机分为5组:假辐射组、1 W/cm2组、2 W/cm2组、3 W/cm2组、4 W/cm2组,辐射时右眼用开睑器固定,左眼呈自然状态,于辐射后即刻和1~60 d对兔眼进行动态观察。结果不同功率密度毫米波辐射动物出现转头、嘶叫挣扎、结膜充血、角膜浸润等反应,辐射后1~60 d各组动物不同程度出现眼睑、结膜充血、水肿、感染,晶体密度增高、混浊等改变,并随功率密度增大而加重和持续时间延长,其中右眼重于左眼,上述症状经历初期、高峰期、恢复期。视网膜未见明显变化。结论不同功率密度95 GHz毫米波辐射后眼损伤效应呈现辐射剂量依赖性和时间依赖性的动态变化,并具有发生快速性、自行修复性、时相差异性和不同部位差异性特点。
Objective To observe the damaging effects of 95 GHz millimeter wave radiation on rabbit eyes.Methods Millimeter wave at 95 GHz frequency with different power density was used.Fifteen chinchilla rabbits were divided randomly into five groups: sham,1 W/cm2,2 W/cm2,3 W/cm2 and 4 W/cm2.The right eyes of the rabbits were kept open while the left eyes could move freely during radiation.The rabbits were observed at 0-60 d after radiation.Results The rabbits responded with turning heads,screaming and struggling.Conjunctiva congestion and corneal infiltration were also seen immediately after radiation.During the 1-60 d after radiation,the rabbits of treatment groups showed congestion,swelling and inflammation of the eyelids and conjunctivas,and increased density of the lens and lens opacity.These symptoms were aggravated and the duration became longer with the increase of power density.The changes in right eyes were more remarkable than those in left eyes.The process could be divided into three stages: the initial stage,the peak stage and the recovery stage.Conclusion Different doses of millimeter wave cause damaging effects in rabbit eyes characterized by rapid development,self-repair,and phase and compartment specificity in a dose-and time-dependent manner.
