摘要
为了找出烤烟叶位间的变化规律,缩小部位之间的质量差异,合理利用烟叶资源,对丽江4县1区37个取样点的831份烤烟烟叶样品的单叶重、外观进行分析。结果表明:(1)丽江烤烟烟叶单叶重稍偏高。叶位1最轻为7.99 g,叶位16最重为13.54 g。(2)从各叶位的分级结果来看,中部叶从第5叶位开始出现,直至叶位15仍产生中部叶,叶位9~11全部为中部叶组。说明叶位5~8是下部叶到中部叶的过渡;叶位12~15叶位是中部到上部的过渡。(3)叶位5开始出现上等烟,叶位7~12中上等烟比例变动不大,大都在80%左右,叶位13~18中上等烟比例逐渐减少,叶位19开始,未出现上等烟。
In order to identify changes rule between flue-cured tobacco leaves positions, reducing the quality difference between the parts on the stem and rational utilization of tobacco leaf resources. Single-leaf weight and appearance of tobacco leaves in different positions analysis of 831 flue-cured tobacco samples from 37 sampling points in Lijiang area was conducted. The results show that : ( 1 ) Single- leaf weight of flue-cured tobacco in Lijiang was slightly higher. Leaf position 1 was the lightest with the weight of 7.99 g and leaf position 16 was the heaviest with the weight of 13.54 g. (2) From the leaf position classification results, middle leaves from the 5th to 15th leaf, all 9 - 11 leaves for the middle leaves groups. The lower middle leaf from 5 - 8 was to transition, all 12 - 15 leaves were a transition from the central to the upper. (3) The top quality tobacco starts to emerge in leaf position 5. The ratio of middle and upper class tobacco does not changed much from leaf position 7 to 12 and remains mostly at 80%. The ratio of middle and upper class tobacco becomes smaller and smaller from leaf position 13 to 18. There will be no top quality tobacco from leaf position 19.
