新型秸秆燃料对烟叶烘烤的影响

摘要 为了提高丽江农作物秸秆资源的利用和改善环境污染的现状,利用大量的废弃物"烟秆"等为原料,进行了对烟叶烘烤影响的试验。结果表明:(1)无论是半密集式烤房还是卧式密集式烤房,烘烤出一炉烤烟所需的纯煤重量大于秸秆煤的重量,用秸秆煤进行烘烤,每一炉烤烟可以节省77 kg左右煤的重量。(2)每公斤鲜烟叶所需煤量处理1(半密集式烤房使用秸秆煤)的最少为0.32 kg,费用也最低为0.16元;每公斤干烟叶所需煤量处理1最少为1.87 kg,费用也最低为0.94元。(3)处理1均价最高为18.14元,处理2上等烟和中等烟产量最高分别为378,78 kg,处理1上等烟比例最高为86.15%。 In order to improve the use of crops straw resources in Lijiang, and change the current situation what is environmental pollution. The results showed that:( 1 ) Whether half an intensive curing barn or horizontal intensive curing barn, baking a furnace fluecured tobacco could save about 77 kg coal using straw coal. (2) The minimum coal for each kilogram of fresh tobacco leaves was 0. 32 kg, the lowest cost also was 0. 16 Yuan, and the minimum coal of each kilogram of dry tobacco leaves was 1.87 kg, the lowest cost also was 0. 94 Yuan, which using half an intensive curing barn (Treatment 1 ). (3) The highest of average price and proportion of high grade tobacco of treatment 1 were 18. 14 Yuan, 86. 15%.
