摘要
机器故障率服从威布尔分布的前提下,建立了生产率与预防式维修率、库存水平的函数方程,基于该方程,以生产过程总成本最小为决策目标,建立了基于避险点的多机器制造系统联合P&PM(生产与预防式维修)策略模型,并采用数值仿真计算给出了最优的库存水平和预防式维修期,使制造系统性能达到最优。灵敏度分析表明,适当的预防式维修行为可以通过减少修理概率,达到减少系统总成本的效果。
Under the assumption that the machine breakdown ratio obeying to the Weibull distribution, a functional equation for production ratio with preventive maintenance ratio and inventory level was established. Based on this equation, with the decision objective of cost minimization in the manufacturing process, a hedging points based jointly Production and Preventive Maintenance(P^PM) policy model for manufacturing system of multi-machine was estab- lished. Through the numerical simulation, the optimal inventory level was calculated and preventive maintenance period was provided so as to optimize the performance of the manufacturing system. A sensitivity analysis illustrated that total cost of the system could be reduced by appropriate preventive maintenance which would decrease the maintenance probability.
