基于灰枣产量和品质的水氮耦合效应研究 被引量:8

摘要 以滴灌为条件设置不同的水氮处理,通过水氮耦合模型建立与分析,研究了水、氮二因素对灰枣产量与品质的影响。结果表明:在设计水平范围内,增加土壤含水量会降低灰枣果实的单果重,而适量增施氮肥能提高灰枣产量;土壤中水分和氮素含量过高会降低灰枣果实还原糖与Vc含量,蛋白质的含量却随着土壤中氮肥量的增加而增加;水、氮二因素对灰枣产量、糖度、Vc、蛋白质含量的作用顺序均为:施氮量>灌水量,水氮对产量具有协同效应,对灰枣还原糖、Vc和蛋白质含量交互作用不明显;以产量和品质为目标,推荐灌水量和施氮量分别为:4 500~5 250m3/hm2和225~375kg/hm2。 By designing different treatments of water(W) and N under drip irrigation,the coupling influence of water and N on yield and quality of Huizao jujube was studied through the establishment and analysis of model.The results show that it can reduce the single fruit weight to irrigate more water to soil in range of designed level,but it can increase the yield to apply more fertilizer N.If the contents of water and N are all much higher in soil,they can reduce the contents of revertose and vitamin C in fruit of Huizao jujube.But the content of protein is increased with fertilizer N increasing.The role of water and N to yield,contents of revertose,vitamin C and protein in fruit of Huizao jujube is in order of NW,the interaction effect of water and N is coordination for yield,but there is no interaction effect of water and N for contents of revertose,vitamin C and protein.Taking the yield and quality as optimal composite scheme,the quantity of watering is 4 500~5 250 m3/hm2,the quantity of N is 225~375 kg/hm2.
