Analysis of Applied and Approved NSFC-funded Projects in the Field of Food Science in 2011

摘要 本文分析了2011年度食品科学学科国家自然科学基金项目申请、评审和资助情况,从申请数量、申请单位情况、申请人年龄分布等方面比较了2010—2011年食品学科面上项目、青年基金和地区基金的变化情况,并对项目的创新性等评议情况进行了统计,同时简要的讨论了基金申请中存在的问题。这将有助于食品科学领域的管理人员和研究人员了解国内本学科的研究现状,把握食品科学的发展方向和趋势,旨在为2012年度食品学科基金项目的申请和评审提供参考。 This article is intended as a summary of official NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) data on theapplication, appraisal and funding of projects in the filed of food science in 2011. Differences in the number of applied projects,application agents, applicants' age, etc are compared among the general program, fund for young scholars and fund for less developedregions in this field during 2010—2011 and statistical analysis is performed on the results of peer review of project innovation.Meanwhile, some problems existing in project application are briefly discussed. All these efforts will help relevant administrativepersonnel and applicants in understanding the current domestic situation of food science research and grasping the developmenttrend and direction of food science, thus providing guidance on the application of 2012 annual NSFC-funded projects.
