摘要
Eph/Ephrin家族是受体酪氨酸激酶家族中的最大亚族,Ephrin/Eph信号传导通路可以影响细胞形态、运动能力、细胞黏附功能、新生血管生长和肿瘤细胞增殖能力。肿瘤血管生成是肿瘤具有转移和转化能力以及复发的重要因素,在多种癌症中,Eph与Ephrin都有不同程度的表达水平改变。EphrinB2/EphB4双向信号传导通路参与了VEGF/VEGFR信号转导通路的信号转导,可显著影响肿瘤生长过程中新生血管的生长。对EphrinB2/EphB4信号传导通路的研究开辟了一条抗肿瘤血管生成的新途径。
The Eph/Ephrin subfamily is the largest family in receptor tyrosine kinase family. Ephrin/Eph signaling can significantly affect cell morphology, cell mobility, cell adhesion, angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation. Tumorangiogenesis is essential for turmor's ability to transform and metastasis and recurrence. The expression level of Eph receptor and Ephrin ligand can both be changed in different cancers. The EphrinB2/EphB4 bidirectional signaling pathway participates in the VEGF/VEGFR signaling by mediating key receptor among VEGFR family, which can significantly affect tumor growth and angiogenesis. Tumor angiogenesis is the key regulator for tumor metastasis and recurrence. Thus, the research on EphrinB2/EphB4 signaling pathway has opened up a new way in antitumorangiogenesis.
