泛素-蛋白酶体通路与白血病

Relationship between ubiquitin-proteasome pathway and leukemia

摘要 泛素-蛋白酶体通路是生物体内蛋白质选择性降解的一条重要途径,它参与细胞内许多重要的生理生化过程(如DNA修复、细胞周期运转、信号传递、抗原提呈等)。近来,泛素-蛋白酶体通路在白血病中的研究已经广泛开展。本文综述了泛素-蛋白酶体通路的组成和作用过程及其与正常造血过程的关系、对白血病的发生、发展的影响,以及在白血病治疗的应用,为白血病的预防、诊断和治疗提供了新思路和新策略。 Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway is a major regulatory pathway of protein degradation and plays an important role in many cellular physiological and biochemical processes, such as DNA repair, cell cycle operation, cell signaling transduction, antigen presentation, etc.. Recently, studies on ubiquitin-proteasome pathway in leukemia have been widely carried out. In this paper, we summarized the compositions and processes of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, its influence on normal hematopoiesis, its contribution to leukemia and its application in the cure of leukemia. All of these will provide new methods or strategies for leukemia diagnosis and therapy.
