摘要
SWOT分析是用于战略管理和决策制定的常用方法,运用SWOT分析评估了当前中医药标准化的内部资源和外部环境,总结了"十一五"期间中医药标准化工作的成绩和不足,提出新时期中医药标准化建设需要关注的3个问题:科技研发、人才培养和战略合作。
SWOT analysis is the commonly used method for the strategic management and the declsxon making. This paper used SWOT analysis to analyze ,nd assess the internal resources and external environment of current standardization of TCM, sum up the achievements and shortcomings of the standardization of TCM during the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ period, and propose three issues of concern： scientific research, talent training and strategic cooperation.
