摘要
[目的]观察金铃子散中延胡索和川楝子不同炮制品之间配伍后对小鼠镇痛抗炎作用的影响。[方法]镇痛实验研究:以热板法和醋酸扭体法观察金铃子散不同炮制品配伍后的镇痛作用。抗炎实验研究:制作由二甲苯致耳廓肿胀模型,观察金铃子散不同炮制品配伍后的抗炎作用。[结果]延胡索和川楝子不同炮制品之间配伍后均具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用,其中以醋炙延胡索和炒川楝子配伍后作用较为明显。[结论]提示金铃子散中延胡索和川楝子具有协同作用,且经炮制后效果尤为明显。
[Objective] To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of the compatibility of different processed products of fructus toosendan and corydalis yanhusuo in Jinlingzi powder (JLZS) in mouse. [Methods] The analgesic effect of different processed products' compatibility in JLZS was researched by twisting and hot plate methods; The pinna swelling was induced by dimethyl benzene to study the anti-inflammatory action of them in JLZS. [Results] All the compatibility of different processed products of szechwan chinaberry fruit and rhizoma possessed anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, among them the effect of the compatibility of rhizoma stir-baking with vinegar and flied fuctus toosendan was predominant. [Conclusion] The synergistic effect is revealed between rhizoma and fuctus toosendan in JLZS, and the potency of processed products is of predominance.
