摘要
目的调查行政管理人员工作压力状况及影响因素。方法抽取省委党校培训学员进行工作压力问卷及一般调查表调查。结果 600名行政管理人员中工作压力中等者占65.2%,偏高者占16.2%,偏低者占18.7%;相关分析显示各维度工作压力与总体压力水平相关程度由高到低排列依次为组织结构与风气压力、工作职责压力、职业发展压力、工作人际关系压力、自身能力压力、社会支持压力和工作负荷压力(r=0.754~0.562;P〈0.001)。线性回归分析表明,男性、高学历、年龄较轻、担任领导职务与总压力有相关性(t=-2.856,2.433,-3.297,-3.858;P〈0.05)。结论近三分之一行政管理人员工作压力适中,少数工作压力偏高或偏低;工作压力主要来源包括组织结构与风气压力、工作职责压力和职业发展压力;男性、高学历、年龄较轻、担任领导职务、任职年限较长是行政管理人员高工作压力的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the work stress status and its influencing factors of administrators. Methods A total of 600 administrators studied in Guangdong administration college were tested by Work Stress Scale. Results 65.2% of the administrators were in middle work stress, 16.2% in higher and 18.7% in lower. The sources contributing the total work stress from high correlation to low were organization structure, responsibility, career development, human relationship, ability, social support and work load (r= 0. 754- 0. 562P〈0. 001). Male, higher educational level,younger and leadership may be related to a higher work stress (t=-2. 856;2. 433,-3. 297,-3. 858;P〈0.05). Conclusion The work stress of most administrators is moderate. Gender, age ,educational level,leadership and position are the main factors influencing the work stress of administrators.
