大学生自我接纳与人际信任、人际关系满意度的相关性研究

Correlations between Self-acceptance,Human Trust and Contentment of Human Relation of College Students

目的考察大学生自我接纳、人际信任、人际关系满意度的基本情况,了解自我接纳与人际信任、人际关系满意度的相关关系。方法本研究使用自我接纳量表(SAQ)、人际信任量表(ITS)及自编的一道测量人际关系满意度的问题对220名在校大学生进行调查。结果自我接纳得分与人际信任得分呈显著正相关(r=0.366,P<0.01);自我接纳得分与人际关系满意度得分呈显著正相关(r=0.577,P<0.01);人际信任得分与人际关系满意度得分呈显著正相关(r=0.328,P<0.01)。自我接纳和人际信任对人际关系满意度都有预测作用(b=0.129,P<0.01;b=0.026,P<0.05)。结论大学生自我接纳与人际信任、人际关系满意度存在一定相关,自我接纳和人际信任对人际关系满意度都有预测作用。

Objective To investigate the correlation between self-acceptance,human trust and contentment of human relation of college students. Methods A total of 220 college students were measured by SAQ（Self-acceptance Questionnaire） ,ITS（Interpersonal Trust Scale） and a self-made questionnaire about the contentment of human relation. Results Significantly positive correlation was found between self-acceptance and contentment of human relation（r= 0. 366,P〈0.01）,and There existed significantly positive correlations between self-acceptance and human trust （r= 0. 328,P〈0. 01）,and the human trust was in positive correlation with contentment of human relation（r=0. 328,P〈0.01）. Self-acceptance and human trust could predict the contentment of human relation significantly（b=0. 129,P〈0.01 ;b=0. 026,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are some relationships between self-acceptance and human trust and the contentment of human relation. Self-acceptance,human trust can predict the contentment of human relation.
