Wihile most fresh university graduates in China aim to find jobs in the cities, more and more welleducated young people are starting to look for career opportunities in rural areas. Cheng Guangjing is one of those who have chosen to work as a village official. In 2009 he began working in Dongzhuang Village, Lankao County in central China＇s Henan Province.
