临床细菌检验的正确分析

目的探讨细菌检验结果的可靠性,为提高临床检验水平提供依据。方法对2008年至2010年3年间收集到的临床材料的检验结果进行回顾性分析。结果 2008年收集临床材料946例,阳性检出率为22.73%;2009年共收集临床资料1140例,其阳性检出率为24.56%;2010年收集临床资料1408例,阳性检出率为27.20%。结论近年来,随着检验技术的不断提高及检验材料数量的增加,病原菌的检出率明显增加,检验结果的正确性逐年提高。

Objective To exlore the reliability of the results of bacteriological examination,provide a basis to improve the level of clinical examination.Methods Retrospective analyze the test results of clinical material collected in 2008 to 2010.Results 946 cases’s clinical material collected in 2008,the positive detection rate was 22.73%;1140 cases’s clinical material collected in 2009,the positive detection rate was 24.56%;1408 cases’s clinical material collected in 2010,the positive detection rate was 27.20%.Conclusion In recent years,with the testing technology’s improving and testing material amount’s increasing,pathogen detection rate increased significantly.and the accuracy of test results improve year by year.
