86例肝胆管结石患者再手术的临床分析

Cinical Analysis in 86 Patients with Hepatolithiasis After the Second Operation

目的探讨86例胆管结石患者再手术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析86例肝胆管结石手术患者的临床资料。结果术后残留肝内胆管结石5例(5.81%),出现并发症6例(6.98%),其中胆漏4例、伤口感染2例。经过再手术治疗后检查无残石,症状完全消失14例(80%),术后残石并发反复胆管炎4例(20%)。结论明晰胆肠内引流的手术特征及手术技巧对肝胆管结石的再手术治疗效果至关重要。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of 86 patients with hepatolithiasis after the second operation.Methods Take a retrospective analysis of 86 patients with surgery of hepatolithiasis.Results Residual stone in intrahepatic ducts occurred in 5 patients （5.81%）.6 cases （6.18%）had complications,including 4 cases with pylethrombosis,2 cases with wound infection.After the second operation,symptoms and residual stones gone in 14 cases （80%）.4 cases （20%） had repective cholangitis due to the residual stone.Conclusion Knowing signs and skills of biliary enterostomy well is vital to the effect of second operation.
