0.375%罗哌卡因硬膜外阻滞复合异丙酚麻醉对开胸术患者心率变异性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨采用0.375%罗哌卡因行硬膜外阻滞联合异丙酚麻醉对开胸患者产生的心率变异性影响。方法选取74例开胸手术麻醉患者,随机分为观察组采用0.375%的罗哌卡因联合其它麻醉药对患者进行麻醉镇痛,对照组采用利多卡因联合其它麻醉药对患者进行麻醉镇痛。观察2组患者在麻醉前、麻醉过程中的呼吸频率、血压、心电图、心率、血氧饱和度、呼气末CO2等指标情况。结果比较2组患者在麻醉前及麻醉过程中的呼吸频率、血压、心电图、心率、血氧饱和度、呼气末CO2等指标变化,无显著性差异,(P>0.05)。结论 0.375%的罗哌卡因行硬膜外阻滞联合异丙酚麻醉用于行开胸手术的患者,有利于患者血流动力学稳定,该方法能安全用于临床麻醉。
