米非司酮在围绝经期妇女取节育器时的应用

目的探讨米非司酮在围绝经期妇女取宫内节育器(IUD)中的价值。方法将81例在本站行IUD取出的围绝经期妇女按自愿的原则分为对照组30例和用药组51例,对照组按传统方法,用药组则在取环前两天开始服药,上午8时口服50mg,晚8时口服25mg,连续服药两天,服药前后2h禁食,第3d返院取环。比较两组的取环情况。结果两组一次性取器成功率、取器困难率、取器失败率及手术时间比较用药组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药组宫颈软化良好率及阴道壁弹性良好率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮用于围绝经期妇女取环可改善宫颈条件,减少取环难度,提高取环成功率。

Objective To evaluate the value of mifepristone in the peri-menopausal women removing taking intrauterine device（IUD）.Methods Totally 81 cases of IUD removal in the line of site perimenopausal women on a voluntary basis divided into control group of 30 patients and treatment group of 51 patients in the control group by traditional methods,to take part in the treatment group two days before beginning medication,8：00 oral 50mg,8 pm oral 25mg,continuous medication two days before and after taking two hours of fasting,the first three days back to the hospital to take part.Conditions were compared to take part.Results There were one-time extractor success rate,the rate to take control problems,device failure rates to take more drugs and surgical time was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Good rate of cervical softening treatment group and the vaginal wall was significantly higher good flexibility（P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Mifepristone for peri-menopausal women taking IUD can improve cervical conditions,reduce the difficulty of taking IUD and improve the success rate.
