脑卒中失语症患者语言康复训练临床观察

Clinical study of language training in treatment of aphasis after stroke

目的探讨对脑卒中失语患者进行语言康复训练的方法及效果。方法脑卒中失语患者92例,入院后均给予常规药物治疗,在此基础上给予语言康复训练8周;采用中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查量表(CRRCAE),在语言康复训练前后进行疗效评定。结果本组患者经语言康复训练后,在听理解,口语表达,复述和阅读方面差异有显著性(P<0.05),但在书写和计算方面差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论对脑卒中失语症患者实施康复训练有利于其语言功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To research the method and the effect of speech training in treatment of aphasia after stroke.Methods Totally 92 patients were involved and all were given usual medicine treating.At the same time,speech training was applied for them.These patients were assessed with the Standard Aphasia Examination of Chinese（CRRCAE） before training and after 8 weeks training respectively.Results Patients improved in understanding,expressing,retelling and reading.There were significant differences statistically（P0.05）.Conclusions The treatment of speech training can recover the language ability and improve the living quality.
