提上睑肌缩短术矫治先天性上睑下垂

Levator shortening in treatment of congenital ptosis

目的分析并探讨采用提上睑肌缩短术治疗先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法对整形美容科73例91眼先天性上睑下垂病人实施经皮肤-睑结膜入路提上睑肌缩短术治疗。结果 73例91眼中,63例患者经4个月至14个月随访,满意50例,基本满意9例,矫治不足为3例,过矫为1例,未见其他并发症。结论术前要全面分析手术相关因素来确定提上睑肌缩短程度,术中提上睑肌瓣的解剖与处理要谨慎,严格执行手术操作才能在功能与外形上取得理想效果。

Objective To analyze and explore the use of levator shortening effect of treatment of congenital ptosis.Methods Totally 91 eyes of 73 cases of congenital ptosis patient with the skin-conjunctiva approach levator shortening treatment.Results In 73 cases,63 patients after 4 months to 8 years follow-up,satisfaction,50 cases satisfied in 9 cases,inadequate treatment of 3 patients,overcorrection of 1 case,no additional complications.Conclusions A comprehensive analysis before surgery-related factors to determine the extent of levator shortening,flap surgery levator anatomy and treatment to be careful,strict implementation of surgical operations in the function and appearance to achieve the desired results.
