胃癌术后复发62例临床治疗体会

Treatment of gastric cancer recurrence 62 cases

目的探讨胃癌术后复发临床治疗体会。方法回顾2004年1月—2007年1月收治的胃癌术后复发采取再手术治疗60例患者临床资料进行总结。结果 60例胃癌术后复发再手术患者进行随访3-5年。行根治性切除20例中,生存1年4例,生存3年11例以上,生存5年5例,生存>3年16例,3年生存率80.00%。行姑息性手术30例中,生存1年19例,生存3年11例,生存5年0例,生存>3年11例,3年生存率36.66%。复发肿瘤未切除病例于半年内死亡。结论胃癌术后复发应仔细评估患者的全身情况、胃癌术后复发转移情况,积极进行再手术治疗,术后配合化疗、放疗和免疫治疗能够有效的延长患者的生存率,延长生命,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of gastric cancer recurrence.Methods In January 2004-January 2007 were admitted to take a further surgery for recurrence of gastric cancer 60 patients clinical data.Results Totally 60 cases of gastric cancer recurrence after surgery were followed up for 3~5 years.20 patients underwent radical resection,the survival of 1 year in 4 cases,11 cases of survival for more than 3 years,5 years survival of 5 patients,survival 3 years in 16 cases,3-year survival rate of 80.00%.30 cases of palliative surgery,the survival of 1 year in 19 cases,11 cases of survival 3 years survival 5 years 0,survival 3 years in 11 cases,3-year survival rate of 36.66%.Cases of recurrent tumor is not removed within six months dead.Conclusions Recurrence of gastric cancer should be carefully assessed the general condition of patients,recurrence of gastric cancer metastasis,the positive re-surgery with postoperative chemotherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy can effectively prolong survival,prolong life and improve their living quality.
