转移因子联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣疗效观察

Clinical observation on efficacy of transfer factor combined with 5% imiqulmod cream in treatment of verruca plana

目的观察转移因子联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法将85例扁平疣患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组45例,对照组40例。治疗组皮下注射转移因子,每次3mg,每周2次,同时外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏,每天1次,每周用药5d。对照组单独皮下注射转移因子,每次3mg,每周2次,治疗时间均为8周。观察其临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组45例患者中治愈15(33.33%)例,显效20(44.44%)例,总有效率77.77%;对照组40例患者中治愈3(7.5%)例,显效13(32.5%)例,总有效率40%。经统计学处理,两组差异有显著性(χ2=12.59,P<0.05)。治疗组中3例外用药部位出现红肿,经对症治疗后症状消退不需停药。结论转移因子联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用治疗扁平疣安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of transfer factor comined with 5%imiqulmod cream in the treatment of verruca plana.Methods Totally 85 patients were devided randomly into control and therapeutic groups with 45 cases in therapeutic group and 40 cases in control group.The patients were given subcutaneous injection transfer factor in therapeutic group,every time 3mg,2 times a week,and use 5%imiquimod cream,once a day,5 times a week,while the patients in control group were only treated with subcutaneous injection transfer factor in therapeutic group,every time 3mg,2 times a week.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.Comparative analysis of its clinical effects and safety of the transfer factor combined with 5%imiqulmod cream or single transfer factor in the treatment of verruca plana.Results The cure rate and improvement rate were 33.33%（15 cases） and 44.44%（20 cases） in therapeutic group,respectively.The effective rate was 77.77%.The cure rate and improvement rate were 7.5%（3 cases） and 32.5%（13 cases） in control group,respectively.The effective rate was 45%.There was a statistically significant different between the two groups（χ2=9.696,P0.05）.Red swelling occurred in 3 patients and disappeared after symptomatic treatment in therapeutic group.Conclusions Transfer factor comined with 5%imiqulmod cream is safe and effective in the clinical treatment of verruca plana.
