血液透析串联血液灌流治疗尿毒症瘙痒的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treatment of uremic pruritus

目的观察血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症维持性血液透析伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者的临床疗效。方法 30例患者采用血液透析+血液灌流,观察治疗前后钙、磷、微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素的变化以及皮肤瘙痒缓解状况。结果血液透析+血液灌流患者的缓解率为94.29%,治疗后磷、微球蛋白、甲状旁腺激素有明显下降。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗能够显著尿毒症患者的并发的皮肤瘙痒症状,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the blood perfusion series hemodialysis in uremic pruritus in hemodialysis patients with high parathyroid hormone（PTH） and skin itching improvement.Methods Totally 30 patients were treated with hemodialysis blood perfusion,before and after treatment observation of calcium,phosphorus,micro-globulin,parathyroid hormone changes and relief of pruritus.Results hemodialysis blood perfusion response rate of 94.29% of patients after treatment,phosphorus,micro-globulin,parathyroid hormone decreased significantly.Conclusions Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment can significantly uremic pruritus in patients with concurrent symptoms,a significant clinical effect,it is worth learning from.
