摘要
目的:对杜仲砂炒法、烘制法与传统炮制方法进行比较,考察3种炮制方法的优劣。方法:以损耗率和桃叶珊瑚苷粗品含量为指标,比较杜仲的3种炮制方法。结果:杜仲砂炒法和烘制法的损耗率较小,桃叶珊瑚苷粗品含量较高。结论:杜仲砂炒法和烘制法优于传统炮制方法。
Objective: To compare the three processing methods of Eucommia boiling-on-grain,dries the facture and the tradition concocts,examine three processing methods of the pros and cons.Methods: The attrition rate and the aucuba japonica glucoside thick contents were used as a target,compared to three kinds of processing methods.Results: The attrition rate of the Eucommia boiling-on-grain and dries was low,while the thick contents of aucuba japonica glucoside was high.Conclusion: The methods of Eucommia boiling-on-grain and dries is better than the traditional one.
