摘要
以偶氮二异丁腈和甲醇为原料,经氯化亚砜催化下的醇解反应得到偶氮2-甲基丙酸甲酯,收率90.6%;将该酯化物和单乙醇胺经甲醇钠催化下的氨解反应得到偶氮二异丁酰(2-乙醇)胺,收率85.1%;粗产品经水重结晶得到目标产品,收率84.5%。合成过程总收率65%以上,产品纯度99.4%以上。
2, 2, --azobis 2--methyl propionate methyl ester was obtained with the ester yield of 90.6% by using azodiisobutyronitrile and methanol as raw materials and by alcoholysis reaction of thionyl chloride as catalyst. The above ester was ammonolysised with monoethanolamine to produce 2, 2'- azobis N-- ethanol-- 2-- methylpropionamide with the product yield of 85.1%. The desired product was obtained by recrystallization of the above product in water with the yield of 84.5 %. The total yield of the desired product for this process is above 65% with the product purity above 99.4%.
