醒脑开窍针刺法结合腧穴热敏化灸治疗中风后足下垂疗效观察

Clinical research of acupuncture of inducing resuscitation and acupoint heat-sensitization on patients with foot falling after palsy

[目的]观察醒脑开窍针刺法结合腧穴热敏化灸治疗中风后足下垂临床疗效。[方法]将住院78例脑卒中后足下垂患者,随机分为治疗组40例以及对照组38例,对照组给予醒脑开窍针法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用艾灸足三里、下巨虚、解溪诸穴使之产生热敏化治疗,每日2次,每周6次,连续治疗1个月。[结果]治疗1个月后,治疗组与对照组均能改善中风后足下垂症状,但是治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]醒脑开窍针刺法结合腧穴热敏化灸更有助于中风后足下垂患者的功能康复。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture inducing resuscitation and acupoint heat-sensitization on patients with foot falling after palsy. [Methods] Seventy-eight patients suffering from striking foot falling after palsy were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （38 cases）. Control group were given with acupuncture therapy of inducing resuscitation, while treatment group were given with heat-sensitization moxibustion therapy on the acupoint of Zusanli, Xiajuxu and Jiexi in addition to those in control. The treatment was carried out twice a day, 6 times a week, continuing for one month. [Results] After treatment for one month, the symptoms in both groups showed striking improvement in each item, resulting in much more dominant improvement in the treatment group than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] It is benefit for the functional rehabilitation of foot falling after palsy by using of acupuncture of inducing resuscitation and aeupoint heat-sensitization.
