机构变革决定着办公室的工作职能更加广阔,对办公室人员素质的要求越来越高,办公室除了应对日常服务、参谋助手、督察督办任务外,还面临着许多新情况、新问题、新挑战,学习型办公室的建设显得尤为重要。从科学理解学习型办公室建设内涵,把握学习型办公室建设的规律入手,对学习型办公室的创建方法提出了建议。

With the reform of college organizations,the office＇s function is getting more extensive which also demands higher quality of the staff.Besides daily service,assistant and supervision,the office is faced with new situations,problems and challenges.It＇s particularly important to construct learning office in colleges.This paper proposes the ways to construct learning office from the scientific point of the connotation and rules.
