摘要
随着社会的发展,现代企业的用人需求发生了重大变化,对有实际经验的人才有更大的需求。为探讨高等院校经济管理专业如何在校增强学生的实践经验,培养出更能符合企业发展需求的人才,针对目前经济管理类实训教学存在的问题,结合江苏技术师范学院进行的改革探索,提出了加强实战教学建设的思路和实训教学的方法。
With the development of society,the modern enterprise employment needs major changes,asking for the talented persons with practical experience.Therefore colleges should focus on how to strengthen the students＇ practical experience in school to train the talented person to accord with the demand of today＇s enterprise.This article mainly dicussed the present economic management for such problems existing in the practical teaching,the relevant training teaching method characteristics and strengthened practical teaching construction mentality.
