摘要
学习心理辅导是学校心理工作的重要课题,其根本目标是通过集体辅导或个别辅导的形式,使学习者主体的学习活动能在想学要学、乐学爱学、会学能学的积极主动建构知识意义的系统中进行。通过分析学生的学习心理与行为过程,借鉴管理心理学"激励"的概念和理论,研究主体性教育过程中的激励,即"赏识"在培养学习需要、激发学习动机以及调控学习行为方面的积极作用和操作模式。
Instruction in Psychology of Learning is an important subject in a school's psychological work,whose target is to make learners' to learn willingly,eagerly,happily and actively by the way of group counselling or individual counselling.The present paper analyzes the learners' psychology of learning and the process of learning then makes a study of stimulation in the course of teaching with the help of the concept and the theory of "Stimultation"in psychology of management.That is "appreciation"'s active role and its practical mode of training learners' need of learning,stimulating their motivation and adjusting their learning behaviors.
