基于GIS的福建省德化县土地流转分析

Analysis on the Land Transfer in Dehua County Based on the GIS System

利用ArcGIS软件制作福建省德化县土地流转密度图和统计图,分析其分布规律。研究表明:已流转农用地和可供流转农用地都具有显著的空间集聚性,呈多核心结构,并发生了明显的扩散、迁移;已流转农用地分布大致与可供流转农用地分布相交,即已流转农用地两核心一线与可供流转农用地三核心一线相交;德化县东北部地区、东部和西南部地区土地流转工作进展缓慢,已流转土地和可供流转土地面积都较少;德化县可供流转洋面田主要分布在春美、赤水、南埕、龙门滩4个乡镇,并且这4个乡镇也是连片地和洋面田连片地的主要分布地区。

By using the ArcGIS software, the land transfer density map and statistic map of Dehua County was made to analyze the distribution rule. The study shows that both the transferred agriculture land and the available transferring agriculture land have the obvious spatial clustering, appear as the multi - core structure together with the obvious appearance of expansion and movement. The distribution of the transferred agriculture land and the available transferring agriculture land more or less overlap with each other that is the two - cores - one - line of the transferred agriculture lands are intersected with the three - cores - one - line of available transferring agriculture hands. Land transferring progress is on the slow side in the north - east, east and south - west parts of Dehua County with less transferred land and available lands. The available surface lands in Dehua County are mainly distributed in Chunmei, Chishui, Nancheng and Longmentan Townships, and these four townships are also the main area of the piece - linked land and surface piece- linked lands.
