江苏省区域间农民收入差异及原因分析

Analysis of Farmers' Income Differences and Causes in Three Regions of Jiangsu Province

近年来,江苏省三大区域的农民收入差距呈现日益扩大之势,不利于全省协调发展战略的实施。首先对苏南、苏中、苏北农民的收入水平、收入结构差异进行了实证分析,发现2000—2009年,三大区域的农民收入差距一直处于上升趋势,其主要原因在于工资性收入的作用。接着,从区位、历史文化、市场、制度、政府、资本、劳动力等多个角度全面探讨了区域间农民收入差异产生与扩大的原因,并结合各地比较优势提出了具有可操作性的对策建议。

In recent years, there has been an increasingly greater income gap among the farmers in three regions of Jiangsu province, which is against the implementation of the strategy of co- ordinated development. Firstly, this article has made an empirical analysis of the farmers~ in- come level and the differences of income structure among the south, the middle and the north of Jiangsu province, and further discovered that from 2001 to 2009, the farmers~ income gap a- mong the three areas has been on the rise steadily, the main reason of which lies in the wage difference. Then, from such angles as location, history, culture, market, system, govern- ment, capital, and labor force, the article has explored the reasons for the farmers＇ regional income differences. Finally, in combination with regional comparative advantages, it puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions.
