This paper describes the general design of the main control room（MCR）and standby shutdown point for high temperature gas-cooled reactor-pebble module（HTR-PM）.The function of design,layout of control panels and main function and characteristics of MCR and standby shutdown point are specially introduced and analyzed in detail.
