摘要
目前核电站的装机容量越来越大,为了使高性能的主体设备充分发挥其可用率,提高电站功率因子,对保护、控制监视核电站的信号的要求也越来越高。可靠、稳定、准确是对这些信号最基本的要求,而这些信号主要来自于就地测量仪表。对秦山核电有限公司变送器换型前后发生的事例,从测量原理、历史状态、以及事件发生可能的原因,结合现场的实际检修过程进行分析,介绍就地仪控设备的管理以及改进。
With technology development,the current installed capacity of nuclear power plants keeps growing.In order to give full play to the availability of main high-performance equipment and improve the plant power factor,the signals for protection,monitor and control are strictly required on reliability,stability,and accuracy.These features are the basic requirements of signals which are mainly form the local measurement instruments.In this paper,according to the local transmitter maintenance experience of Qinshan Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.,the paper is talking about the management and improvement of local instrument devices,and focus on analysis of measurement principles,history status,and possible causes of the incident.
