摘要
有效的制度能建构人们政治、经济、文化和社会生活的激励结构和社会秩序,弥合社会转型带来的摩擦、不安和动荡,防范风险,增进彼此的利益,提高生产要素的绩效,从而促进整个社会的全面和谐发展。本文旨在把制度作为社会历史演进和可持续发展的重要变量,为研究民族地区经济结构变迁提供了一个分析框架,提出了通过政府创新,促进制度供需均衡,推动民族地区可持续发展的建议。
An effective system builds up the inspirational structure and social order in the political,economical,cultural and social life for mankind,thus closes the conflicts,unrests and turbulences,prevents risks and enhances benefits for each other,which results in full and harmonious development of the entire society.This article aims at taking the system as an important factor of social,historical evolution and sustainable development,providing an analytical structure for studying the economical structure of the ethnic group regions.The article gives the advice that through governmental innovation,promoting institutional supply-demand balance,it is possible to push forward the sustainable development for the ethnic group regions.
