摘要
1928年5月3日,日本为实施"东方会议"确定的侵华方针,在中国山东制造了震惊中外的济南惨案。它引起了中外各界的广泛关注,许多报刊杂志对此进行广泛深入的批判,在新闻界激起一场民族运动。《革命评论》对此也进行了深入观察,颇为深刻地透视了日本侵华实质并广为宣传"革命外交"与"国民外交",在一定程度上影响了当局在某一阶段对民族运动的利用与引导,并加强了对外宣传机关的设置与重视。
Japan made the＂Jinan Incident＂in China on May 3,1928 that shocked the world to carry out the＂Eastern Conference＂.It caused widespread concern,＂Revolution Comment＂also observed deeply to it and made a profound perspective of the Japanese invasive policy to China;Accordingly,the＂revolutionary comment school＂advocated a series of methods to solve it,and widely publicized＂revolutionary diplomacy＂and＂national diplomacy＂,which affected the authorities to a certain extent that used the popular movement and strengthened External propaganda.
