摘要
通过对彝族铃铛健身操的理论及健身效果进行研究,结果显示:将彝族铃铛舞引入体育教学中,"操化"为彝族铃铛健身操是可行的。彝族铃铛健身操的创编以彝族铃铛舞的经典代表性动作为基础,以鼓点和铃铛为音乐背景,将现代健美操与传统民族舞蹈有机结合,并充分考虑各民族青少年身心特点及接受能力,体现了难度适中、节奏与强度适宜的原则,深受各民族在校学生喜爱,值得大力推广,引入体育教学。
In order to better promote the "National Fitness Regulations,"the implementation with the"sunshine sports" launched in northwest Guizhou,young students from the region to improve the health and development of national intangible cultural heritage-Yi Bell Dance perspective,trying to dance in the Yi bell on the basis of fitness Yi Compiling a bell aerobics,and the introduction of physical education.Yi bells on theory of aerobics and fitness effects,the results show:Yi Bell Dance into physical education,"parade"as the bell Yi Exercise is feasible.Yi bell to bell Calisthenics dance moves based on the classic representation to the drums and bells as musical background,modern and traditional folk dance aerobics combination,taking into account physical and psychological characteristics of young people of all ethnic groups and the acceptability reflects moderate difficulty,the principles of rhythm and intensity appropriate,by the love of all ethnic groups in school,it is worth to promote the introduction of physical education.
