注射丰胸材料取出一期置入假体丰胸63例临床观察

Clinical observation of posting prosthesis breast augmentation while taking out breast augmentation material 63 cases

目的验证取出注射丰胸材料即时置入假体的安全性、可行性,避免受术者遭受两次手术痛苦。方法确定取出注射材料后要求用假体丰胸者,选用乳晕切口,直至囊腔用吸引器将材料吸出,一并将包膜或肉芽样增生组织切除,分别根据具体条件将硅胶假体置于原腔隙或胸大肌下腔隙或双平面腔隙。结果本组63例,经3～48个月随访,发现2例包膜挛缩,1例注射材料残留,3例手术后乳房肿胀,其中1例取出假体外,其余经调整及引流治愈效果满意。结论经判断注射材料及增生物基本取出后,同时重新置假体丰胸是安全的,可行的。

Objective Validating the security and feasibility of taking out the injection of breast augmentation material and posting the prosthesis to avoid the person who accept the operation suffering two time of operation agony.Methods Confirming the person who want to use the prosthesis breast augmentation and then select the areola of breast cut until the cisternae aspirate the material of using the aspirator,exscinding the hyperplastic envelope and the blood bud hyperlasia organization,putting the silica gel prosthesis in the original lacuna or submuscular lacuna or dual-plane lacuna according to the concrete condition.Results Of 63 cases,after the follow up survey for 3 to 48 months,2 cases envelope contracture,1 case injection material left,3 cases breast swelling after operation,1 case among them take out the prosthesis,the others cures and satisfied after adjustment and the drainage.Conclusions After judging the injection material and the hyperplasia things have taken out and reposting the gel-silicone prosthesis breast augmentation is safe and feasible.
