摘要
目的分析海南省农垦总医院急诊管理的内容及风险防范对策。方法回顾性分析2009年12月—2010年11月海南省农垦总医院急诊科发生的护理纠纷、授诉72例,统计急诊管理内容中的风险发生情况。结果护理业务技术水平低造成的风险19例(26.4%),沟通不良造成的风险17例(23.6%),法律意识淡薄造成的风险14例(19.4%),护理人力不足造成的风险9例(12.5%),未严格执行查对制度造成的风险5例(6.9%),护理文件缺陷所致风险3例(4.2%),其他原因所致风险5例(6.9%)。结论临床护理人员应该掌握急诊管理的内容及风险防范对策,尽可能减少急诊护理风险,减少护患纠纷的发生。
Objective To analyze the contents and risk prevention of the emergency management.Methods From December 2009 to November 2010 in our hospital emergency department,72 cases of nursing disputes and complaint acceptation were analyzed retrospectively,then added up the risk occurrence of emergency management contents.Results The risks caused by the low level of technology in 19 patients(26.4%),caused by poor communication in 17 cases(23.6%),caused by faint legal consciousness in 14 cases(19.4%),caused by inadequate nursing staff in 9 cases(12.5%)and no strict performance of checking rules in 5 cases(6.9%),caused by nursing record defects in 3 cases(4.2%),and the risks caused by other reasons in 5 cases(6.9%).Conclusions Emergency nurses should grasp the content management and risk prevention measures,reduce nursing risk and the incidence of nursing disputes.
