金水宝在糖尿病肾病患者中的临床观察

Clinical observation of Jinshuibao in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的观察中成药金水宝胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效性和安全性。方法青海省人民医院2009年1月—2010年12月收治的糖尿病肾病患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,两组患者均采用基础治疗(包括控制血糖、血压、血脂),限制饮食,治疗组在此基础上给予金水宝胶囊6粒,3次/d口服,2个月为1个疗程。分别测定两组治疗前后Scr、FBG、HbAlc,并对各指标进行分析。结果治疗组患者生化指标及临床症状均明显改善,总有效率(86.7%),与对照组比较差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者尿蛋白量、Scr水平明显下降。治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者Scr水平明显下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但尿蛋白量水平无明显变化;两组患者HbAlc,FBG水平均有所下降,但两组间无差异统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病,减少蛋白尿,稳定肾功能,疗效肯定,未发现不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of proprietary Jinshuibao capsule on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods The hospital in January 2009-December 2010 admitted 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 45 patients,two groups of patients were treated with basic treatment（including control of blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids）,restricted diet,the treatment group on this basis to give Jin Shui Bao capsule 6 pieces,3 times / d,2 months of a course of treatment.Two groups were measured before and after treatment Scr,FBG,HbAlc,and the indicators for analysis.Results The patients with biochemical and clinical symptoms were significantly improved,and the total efficiency（86.7%）,compared with the control group there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Treatment group,urinary protein,Scr level decreased significantly.Before and after treatment there was significant difference（P〈0.05）;Control patients Scr level decreased after treatment there was significant difference（P〈0.05）,but urinary protein did not change significantly;Two groups of patients with HbAlc,FBG level has declined,but there were no significant differences（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Jin Shui Bao capsule treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and reduce proteinuria,stable renal function,more effective,side effects are not found.
