妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功血临床探讨

Clinical study of marvelon in treatment of climacterium dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功血的临床疗效及控制月经周期的临床效果。方法 88例绝经过渡期功血的患者分阴道出血量多组和阴道淋漓出血组应用妈富隆治疗。结果阴道出血量多组38例,恢复正常月经29例,临床治愈率76.3%;阴道淋漓出血组50例,恢复正常月经40例,临床治愈率80.0%。结论使用妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功血安全性好,疗效显著,方法简便,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of marvelon in treating climacterium dysfunctional uterine bleeding and that of the control of the menstrual cycle.Methods Divided 88 cases of climacterium dysfunctional uterine bleeding with marvelon into mickle vaginal bleeding Group and group irregular vaginal bleeding.Results In 38 cases of mickle vaginal bleeding group,29 recover normal menstruation with the clinical cure rate of 76.3%;50 cases of irregular vaginal bleeding group,40 recover normal menstruation,with clinical cure rate of 80.0%.Conclusions Treatment of climacterium dysfunctional uterine bleeding with marvelon is safe,effective,simple,and has few side effects.
