Co-expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2 in cancer

诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和环氧合酶2(COX-2)均与肿瘤发生、生长、转移及预后有关。在许多恶性肿瘤组织中,两者的表达一致上调,呈正相关,二者的联合表达与肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关。本文综述了iNOS/COX-2与恶性肿瘤的关系,并提出以iNOS/COX-2为靶点的恶性肿瘤治疗和研究的思路。

Inducible nitric oxide synthase（iNOS） and cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） play important roles in carcinogenesis,growth,invasion,metastasis,and prognosis.There is a positive relationship between iNOS and COX-2 in various malignancies.There is cross-talk between iNOS and COX-2.iNOS and COX-2 may become new anticancer targets if the further studies were done and these mechanisms were maken clear.
