摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类具有在转录后水平调控基因表达功能的非编码小分子RNAs。近年来,有关miRNA参与肿瘤发病的观点已得到证实。本文就miRNA与食管癌发生发展及其预后的关系作一总结。 MicroRNAs（miRNAs） are small,noncoding RNA gene products that regulate the translation of message RNAs.Recently,evidence suggests that miRNA are involved in the pathogenesis of neoplasm.We review the miRNA related to the development and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
