摘要
利用PRO/E三维造型软件建立精密板式过滤机铝箱压紧装置底座的实体模型,并采用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行载荷力分析,计算出最大应变和最大应力,从而为精密板式过滤机底座结构尺寸优化设计和研究提供了理论依据。
The model of aluminum clamping device base in precision plate filter was established by using PRO/E three-dimensional modeling software, and both the maximum strain and the maximum stress, with ANSYS finite element analysis software were calculated, which made the loading force known and provides a theoretical basis for structural size optimization and for the research on precision plate filter base.
