单/多层定形相变蓄热板系统的传热性能和调温效果研究

摘要 为研究脂肪酸/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基定形相变蓄热板的传热性能和节能效果,以三种相变温度不同的脂肪酸二元低共熔物/PMMA定形相变蓄热板为实验对象,对单层相变蓄热板和多层组合式相变蓄热板系统的基本热工参数和传热效果进行了测试,并将定形相变蓄热板应用在地板蓄/放热系统,采用相变模拟箱实验测试了定形相变蓄热板的调控温效果。 The aim was to study the heat transfer performance and temperature adjustment effect of the fatty acid eutectic/polymethl methacrylate (PMMA) form-stable phase-changing thermal storage plates. Three kinds of fatty acid eutectic/PMMA plates with different phase transition temperatures were chosen as the experimental subjects. Thermal parameters and heat transfer performance of both the single plate and the combined plates thermal storage system were tested, respectively. Meanwhile, the form-stable phase-change thermal storage plate was applied in the floor for the thermal storage and release in the room. And the temperature regulation effect was examined by using the thermal simulation box.
