摘要
在往复天然气压缩机工作过程热力和动力计算的基础上,本文利用有限元法对压缩机的曲轴进行了应力分析与模态分析。以某天然气压缩机为对象进行了三维建模,在变工况的运行条件下研究了曲轴的应力和变形状态,数值分析了曲轴在交变载荷下的静强度和疲劳强度,指出其运行的危险边界工况,并对曲轴进行了模态分析,得到了自由振动模态振型与频率,在变转速的条件下,激振力频率有效避开固有频率。本文的研究结果可为同类压缩机曲轴的设计提供参考。
On the basis of thermodynamic and dynamic calculation on working process of reciprocating compressor,the acting forces on crankshaft is analyzed By means of FEM in this paper.A three dimensional model for 6M serials natural gas compressor's crankshaft was set up,and the stress and related distortion of crankshaft are investigated.the static and fatigue strength of crankshaft under alternating load are numerically examined,the concrete positions of creating maximum stress are pointed out.In addition,a free vibration modal of the crankshafts was gotten.The validity of numerical analysis results of FEM is proved by an experimental modal analysis on another compressor crankshaft,which can provide reference for improving crankshaft design of reciprocating compressor.
