摘要
针对空冷机组在夏季高温天气不能满发的问题,采用喷雾增湿以降低入口空气的干球温度,选用撞击型雾化喷嘴AM4进行流量特性及喷雾降温特性的实验研究。分析试验数据拟合得到撞击型喷嘴流量与喷雾压力的关系,并计算得出喷嘴的流量系数。通过对不同类型喷嘴组合喷雾降温效果的比较,得到加入1排AM4有利于冷却效果的提高;加入两排AM4的喷雾降温效果并没有明显提高,且由于撞击式喷嘴价格较高,加入两排AM4的经济性较差。
Aiming at the problem of air-cooled condenser output limit,the spray humidification system is presented here to reduce inlet air temperature,impingement-type nozzle AM4 is chosen for experimental study on the flow characteristic and spray cooling effect.Through the analysis of experimental data,the fitting correlation between nozzle flow and nozzle pressure is acquired,and the nozzle discharge coefficient is also obtained.And the comparisons among different nozzle combination are made,the results show the addition of 1 row AM4 is helpful to enhance the cooling effect.However,the addition of 2 rows AM4 doesn't show obvious enhancement,and the price of impingement-type nozzle is higher,so the addition of 2 rows AM4 is not economic.
